Things You Should Know

​Posts

Posts are owned and maintained by On The Move.  If a post has been removed, lost or vandalized by the vendor, additional charges will apply.  Invisible obstacles, such as sprinklers, must be communicated with On The Move prior to install.  Leaning posts resulting from severe weather conditions, which require additional maintenance and repair, may be subject to a service charge.  

Out of Area

Service may be available for out of area listings.  Please contact us for further information and pricing.

Removals

Agents are responsible for requesting removal of posts prior to the closing date.  Forgotten orders may result in additional charges.

Please allow additional time for out of area orders.

Rush Orders

Agents requesting rush orders may result in additional charges.

By-Laws

On the Move Sign Installations adheres to local municipal by-laws. ​

Client Sign Storage:
On The Move Sign Installations will gladly store Broker/Agent Signs at our facility at NO CHARGE to you. All Broker/Agent Signs are, and will always be, your property. If at any time you need one or more of your signs returned, just call On The Move Sign Installations office and we will make arrangements to deliver your signs promptly.

​​Broker/Agent Signs Not Stored at On The Move Sign Installations:

If you choose not to have On The Move Sign Installations store your signs, it will be your responsibility to make arrangements for the hanging and removal of the signboard.
